PAYMENT & ORDERING

Bridal and Luxury Products: All bridal and luxury products are made to order, which requires advance payment. Cash on delivery (COD) is not available for these items.

Advance Payments: All payments for these collections must be made in advance, without exception. Once an order is placed, no cancellations or refunds are allowed due to the customized nature of our products.

APPOINTMENTS

For bridal wear and other luxury products, we offer appointments to discuss customization, details, and fittings. This service is available to ensure a personalized shopping experience. Appointments can be scheduled via WhatsApp or by contacting us directly through the website.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

We take great care in ensuring the highest quality for our products. Each item undergoes thorough quality checks before shipping. Additionally, we provide verification videos for proof of quality to our customers prior to dispatch.

NO EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges on bridal and luxury items. Each piece is customized to meet your specific requirements, and we ensure its quality before sending it out. However, if there is a defect, customers must provide a video proof of opening the package to claim a refund or replacement. Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.

However, due to varying monitor and screen settings, lighting, and photographic differences, the colors and images of products may slightly vary from their appearance on the website. We cannot guarantee that your device will display colors perfectly.
